Dear Potential Proposer:

Be advised that the deadline for submissions for the Quality Home Care Workforce Pilot Program (Phase II) Request for Proposals has been extended to May 27, 2015 at 5pm.  You may submit questions you have by Monday, May 18, 2015 at 12:00pm, and the WDC expects answers to be posted by the close of business on May 20, 2015.

Further, please note that the Authorized WDC Contact Person is no longer Christopher Neale.  Please address all future inquiries to my attention.

Dear Prospective Proposer:

The Workforce Development Corporation (“WDC”), on behalf of its initiative the New York Alliance for Careers in Healthcare (NYACH), is seeking one or more experienced organizations (also referred to as “Proposer” or “Contractor”) to provide three home health care agencies selected by the WDC with:

1) supervisory training for the schedulers, coordinators, nurse managers, and agency management involved in the supervision of home health aides (HHAs); and

2) a needs assessment of current scheduling practices and systems, and recommendations for improving these to the benefit of agencies, patients, and HHAs
